"I first began hypnotherapy as a last resort trying to deal with a husband with a severe substance abuse problem. My aim was to, perhaps, get help for my husband and learn ways to deal with the resulting issues I endured as the partner of an addict. I was a patient of Dr. John Kappas at the time. When Dr. Kappas moved to NY he "gave" me to Marc Gravelle. My husband, by the way, chose drugs and alcohol over any kind of therapy, but I divorced him and continued therapy with Marc. That was mid 90's. Amazingly if you do what he recommends and go to your sessions, the problems dissolve and a new level of awareness begins to emerge, changing and enhancing all areas of your life. That has been my experience. Looking back over the past several years, which have been extremely challenging for me, it scares me to think of what could have happened had i not been receiving hypnotherapy from Marc.
